  1. Though metastatic liver cancer's survival rate is said to be very poor but   the fact is that  ' Life and death is in Gods hand' so without losing hope we should do our level best  in overcoming the situation  with full  faith in God  ...

I've heard of Dr. Munir Khan who claims to have discovered some medicine for complete cure of cancer & many dreadly diseases...

You can get the  complete information about him at    :

    www.heartcurable.com

    May God help you !

  2. Related to question about alternative treatments. Most alternative treatments are blocked by the AMA through the FDA, without testing, due to them competing with expensive established or upcoming drugs. These are the doctors who historically treated people with Mercury and Lead.

An interesting documentary on the subject which lists a few treatments....

Of interesting note, more people make a living from the treatment of cancer than are dying from it. Worth 50 billion a year in North American alone at the time of the documentary. That the big pharma industry was financed by JT Rockefeller whom himself used a Homeopathic physician.

They don't want you to know that about cheap effective alternatives.

    Such as Vitamin C IV.

good luck in your search and your treatment.

  4. Cancer Prevention Symptoms Risks:  About prevention of cancer, cancer symptoms, and risk factors for developing cancer. If you are at risk of cancers from breast cancer to ovarian and uterine cancer.

Cancer:  Extensive resources cover various types of cancer, treatments including chemo and radiation, support groups, and other relevant information for patients and others affected by cancer.

  5. The survival rate depends on what kind of cancer the person has, if there are multiple liver mets and if there are mets anywhere else.

Any better treatments than what? If we don’t know what treatment they have had how do we know if there are better ones?

  6. Unfortunately Liver Cancers ( Hepatocellular Carcinomas) have a very bad progniosis rates and the survival rates will depend on a multitude of factors like Stage of Cancer (You mentioned Metastatic so its Satge 4), Type of Chemotherapy etc etc.

There are latest drugs with better prognostic rates and survival rates. You can see an Oncologist (Cancer SPecialist- Physician) and immediately start required treatment regimens.

  7. Unfortunately, the survival rate is pretty low.  Now is probably the time to start thinking about palliative care.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palliative_...

  8. I do not hear its survival rate. However, I tell you that take two to three pods after smashing everyday and also take Vilva (Tamil version) leaves juice. Take daily atleast one piece of Papaya fruit. Switch over to pure veg. See changes within a month. Don't think that you are a patient that itself give you length of survival.

  9. The survival for liver cancer is poor.

There is a new cancer drugs for liver cancer, that is sorafenib and sunitinib.

In case there is metastasis to liver, then the therapy would depend on the type of cancer metastasis.

  10. i believe thru experience that metastic liver cancer is incurable. i lost my mum to cancer last sept and was told by a head oncologist that once in the liver cancer is almost certainly fatal. once cancer spreads it is VERY hard to treat.
