  1. Honeysuckle

  2. I should think hawthorn blossom, also known as May blossom, which smells sweet and is around in vast abundance from late April until mid-June. The latin name for the bush or tree (it can be both) is Crataegus monogyna.

There is a grass which has a sweet smell, and is responsible for the 'fresh air' smell of countryside away from farms, but I can't find a cite for this, or whether it is the grass itself that smells or its flowers, so I will stay with May blossom. Honeysuckle, wild roses and bluebells are becoming less common.

  3. It is hard to beat a dell packed with bluebell, primrose or snowdrops.

  4. The yorkshire rose

  5. It has to be the Rose!

  6. 3 types: Daphne , jasmine , honey suckle.
