ntse syllabus is entirely based on the cbse syllabus... depends on the class in which u r writing the test... u need t hav an xternal knowledge abt em...

Generally Speaking NTSE VIII class consist of NCERT books of VI, VII and VIII class. Besides other aspects like GK, computer terms etc.

You have to add mental Ability on your own.

there is no fixed sylabus ...

u shud b familiar wid all d topics of cls 6-9

also u shud ve enuf general kolege
