&. <---THAT. What is that? I know it's an "and", but what is the symbol called?

(I have no clue as to why to category is in hockey by the way.)

Apparently it has something to do with hockey, since all of the questions with that symbol in it show up here.

It&#039;s called an AMPERSAND. Wikipedia could have told you that.

Also, you could have placed this question in the proper section if you had some patience when it came to selecting the category.
