this has nothing to do with evolution because genes do not change so rapidly.

this has everything to do with good health care and food.

but this research is only speaking about countries not ethnic the Masai are the tallest ethnic group in the world.

The Sudanese are the tallest  humans.  Just like every other race/species--natural selection provided the impetus.
