What is the taxi fare from delhi international airport to Chandigarh?

I am travelling from USA to india and will be at IGI airport at 11:00 pm on 6th april.What are the options avaialble to travel from delhi international airport to chandigarh? I will appreciate your answer.

assuming it is in japan the taxi will cost a lot from the deli

not as much as the meat from the deli will cost though

The Chandigarh local paper advertises a few travel agents that will book a taxi for Rs1700 DEL-Chandigarh (even less for the other way).  The agents were all in Sector 43 if that helps find them. Sorry I don't have a copy but saw the ad myself when i was there in January.

I did not try it myself though, so I can't verify.

I paid Rs 2800 for four people by a Toyota Qualis vehicle, a smaller vehicle like Tata Indica would cost lesser.If you dont mind the discomfort you can go by bus either from the airport or the interstate terminal near the New Delhi Railway Station,where there are many coaches going to Jammu or Punjab side via Ambala.
