What is the technique of bowling called 'DUSRA' & how it is different from other type of spin-bowling?

The doosra is a delivery bowled by an off spinner which turns the opposite direction to an off spin ball. Pakistan's Saqlain Mushtaq introduced it to cricket, but Muttiah Muralitharan has mastered it.

A Dusra is a delivery bowled by Off Spinners. the Dusra bounces a lot more than the orginal delivery, and turns the opposite way from the stock delivery of offspin.

Bowlers like Murali and Bhaji are the masters of this, and Batsmen like, Ponting, have really struggled with this type of delivery.
