What is the teen fashion in Europe right now?

I'm going to visit my family next week in Poland, and I want to be up to date with what the style is. :) and I'm not trying to be a non-tourist or whatever, I am fluent in Polish. Ok, so what is the teen street fashion right now? What should I def. not wear that is 'in' in the US? What should I bring? What shoes are popular there? etc....Thanks!

Girl. You coming to Poland for week. Clothes aren't the most important thing.

Don't know about other cities, but in Warsaw (capitol city) girls wear what they want to. You must only wear things that matches You. And I think that fashion in US and in Poland is almost the same. In big cities You can see girls dressing up in so many different styles, that whatever You wear will be good.

If You're going to small city some people won't enjoy mini skirts or huge neckline. Or very strong makeup. Or some weird things - goth, punk subculture, etc.

haha..i am in the same situation as you... i am going to poland and i want to know the same thing...I also speak fluent polish..i tihnk they wear the same things we do.....

Judging from all the Europeans I have come across...little makeup and scarves are pretty much always in style and I don't mean a thick wool winter scarf. Also, Europeans tend not to wear jeans as often as we do, but I'll suggest a nice quality pair of skinnies. Just go to H&M (very European store) and do all your shopping there (:

European teens watch the same music videos the American teens do, and most of the same TV shows.

So they (or at least many of them) also dress the same way as American teens.

If you dress like an American teen you will not stand out, also because the fashion seems to be 'anything you like', you can not be wrong.
