You can not contact any cruise directly otherwise they would be flooded with calls. All contacts have to be done threw their main office. You can contact the ship directly, but it is very difficult to do and very expensive.

The number would be something like 011-84-477-25-3358-52 and would about $8.00 a minute.

Generally though you would have no reason to contact the ship directly, unless it was an emergency and you were trying to get a hold of someone on the ship.

If you are calling for a crew member they are not going to connect you to the crew member, unless you are family and it is an emergency.  And for that there is usually a special number to call.
