What is the temp. for hatching button quails?

I'm going to hatch button quails in a styrofaom incubator and i need to know the temp. and humitity. PLEZE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. Presumably you're referring to a 'Hova-Bator'.  The temp should be a stable 100 - 101 BEFORE you add eggs and should balance back to that temp within 2 to 6 hours.  You don't say how many eggs you're working with, so the humidity will vary.   Start by adding water to the small ring and monitor  that daily.


  2. Ideal incubation takes place at a steady 99.5 to 99.9 degrees F. with a relative humidity of 60% (wet bulb reading of 86º F).
