July is our winter and here in Santiago last year the winter was unusually cold (for here) with temperatures going as low as -3ºC. The average temperature range in July is usually between 0ºC and 10ºC in Santiago. Further south it get much colder and the north is warmer.

Cold! Rainny, it even snowed last year in Santiago. Morning temps range between -3 to 5 and then the highest would be around 12 celsius.
