I'm going to Rome and Florence in the second half of December. Coming from the tropics, I am not sure what is the temperature like and how should I dress for it. Any suggestions? I've got a suede, faux fur lined winter coat, some knitted sweaters. Will that be enough?

  1. In Florence, just to give you an idea, the average temperature during the month of December is 7.3°Celcius.

  2. ciao, i'm italian... i'm from pompei...

the temperature is so cold...during the night 2°c or 3°c...

during the day 15°c or 16°... but it depends by the situations... last winter was so cold!! nice travel!

  3. The temps in Rome in Dec/Jan usually are around 40 degrees.  Winter coat, sweat shirts and sweaters would be fine for that time.
