  1. In the tropics,the temperature at the bottom of the stratosphere is roughly -75(minus 75)  celcius during summer and the temperature at the top of the stratosphere will be approximately  equal to the surface temperature(10 degree celcius).

    However the range varies slightly over the equator and over the poles depending upon the seasons also.

  3. The bottom of the stratosphere, just above the tropopause is roughtly -60 below Celcius.  

    The temperature rises to just below 0 Celcius until it reaches the stratopause.  

    This is the layer that contains the Ozone Layer.  The temperatures are heated due to the energy ray of the sun heating up the ozone atoms and increasing the temperature.
