I only associate it with compassion and love.  I absorb and internalize much of what is said and feel anothers pain☆

It is Empathy.

Empathy is a Greek origin word, consisting of 'En' meaning 'into' and 'pathos' meaning 'passion'.  Passion, in this case has the meaning of Feeling, Emotion. So empathy means 'into the passion, into the feeling' of somebody else

I think you mean Empathy.

Empathy means you relate to what a person is saying because you have experienced it.

Sympathy means you pity someone because you feel bad for them or can imagine how they are feeling.

It's probably Empathy, but if you havent experienced it, you are probably just a highly sympathetic person.
