It's Oh No You Didn't by the Oh no Dudes.

And It's only a 30 sec song unfortunately for the ad.

Well on the ohnodude's myspace it seems as if they made the song because nobody else has it... but what's interesting is their page was made AFTER that song was put out on a commercial, and the song name is "reel big fish oh no you didn't." Also, the song isn't an actual song, its the exact same clip from the Mercs 2 commercial, and their profile seems to be all about promoting the game and trying to sell it. The rest of their profile seems to be a joke, as if they don't even want recognition for their music. Also they are labeled as "comedy, death metal, easy listening" and "indie" label yet are unsigned. My guess is this is just a guy with the song taped who doesn't want to get jailed for copyright violation, so created a new account where you can download the song.
