The therapist allegedly asks your body questions and it answers by either dropping the arm or holding it straight. I have heard that you may also hold a vial of liquid in your hand. I think all aspects internal (enzymatic), external, and emotional stress are addressed.

  1. It's called Applied Kinesiology or Muscle Testing

It is one of the sillier things Naturopaths have ever come up with....and that's saying a lot, because they've come up with some pretty bizarre ideas.

There is not a shred of evidence to support "diagnoses" derived in this manner (typically "parasites" and "toxins")

    It is to laugh.

  2. Applied Kinesiology.

According to an AK website, it is "a form of diagnosis using muscle testing as a primary feedback mechanism to examine how a person’s body is functioning."

  3. I'm glad the other answer answered with what she answered because I thought it was to check for Meridians.

  4. voodoo ,

  5. It is a way to tap into the bodies sensitivities to measure the health of a body and its systems, and to measure nutrition of foods, herbs and substances.

When used correctly it can help people overcome all of the diseases that humanity experiences. Many doctors contact my herbalist/kinesiologist when they are stuck.

The trouble is that only 10 percent of kinesiologists are effective. The rest are obscured by person objectives like multilevel companies. This gives fuel for people like SkepDoc to let the baby go with the bath water. What's silly/crazy to me is cutting, burning, and poisoning the body when the final stages of disease are finally recognised to keep people alive.

  6. I don't know, but it sounds like it would really work!!!!
