It's a symbiont; a kind of worm like creature that coexist with Teal'C. If I remember correctly he no longer has his symbiont.

Teal'c is a Jaffa one who is an incubator to a larval Goa'uld, that is what is in side him

His name is Teal'c, and all Jaffa are hosts to larval (immature) Goa'uld symbiotes.  In the last few seasons of the show, they discover a drug that allows a Jaffa to live without his symbiote, so Teal'c's is removed.
