What is the thing that make mist with water at universal studio hollywood..?

what im talking about is this wire thing that spray mist and it cools everyone .. they have it at universal studio Hollywood when your waiting in line...

you basically hook the small "hose" to a faucet and turn on the faucet to let the water run through the hose.. as it runs through it.. there's little opening that creates mist.. i wana get that but i dont know what it calls..

its not a hose that you can switch from mist to stream or w/e..

It's called an atomizer.

Spray a normal hose at a fan. The blades chop the water and make mist.
