sorry, i'm not trying to be gross or anything, but when i'm "fingering" my girlfriend there is this thing in there thats kinda back in there a bit. i would describe it as a nub. my best guess is maybe the bladder or uterus, but i don't know for sure. I'm no gynocologist.

also is it good to play around with it much when we're in the act of manual stimulation?

any actual knowledge is much appriciated!

Yeah, it's her cervix.  Whether or not it causes her discomfort, you should leave it alone.  You could cause her problems later on.

It's the cervix, the tip of the uterus. It shouldn't be a problem, but some women find this uncomfortable.

That would be the cervix (it's the bottom of the uterus and the end of the v****a canal.  It's very sensitive and it may hurt... The most sensitive spot to stimulate would be the "g spot".  It's about a "thumb" ways in (inch to 2 inches) into the v****a on the wall.  It may feel soft compare to other area of the wall of the v****a.  this may cause a vaginal stimulation (o****m). To make a clitoral o****m, lightly  but slowly caress the clitoris.
