  1. I am not sure what exactly you are asking.  I will do my best to answer the question based on what i think you are asking.

You can keep the same water in it for a long time.  It doesnt need to be changed every 2 weeks, it probably only needs to be changed once every year or 2 years.  IT all depends on your local laws.  Your pool is a commercial pool, and therefore has rules set forth on it by the local Board of health (at least here in the US).

As for treating your pool.   You should be maintaining your pool every day with chemicals.  Because its a commercial pool, you are going to need to take readings on it every day, and probably 2-3 times a day for your record keeping.  You want to record your PH level and your Chlorine level.  IF your Chlorine level and PH levels are off, you need to adjust them.  Your chlorine is probably fed into your system through an automatic chlorinator because it is a commercial pool.  If it is always low, you will need to increase dial so that it releases more chlorine to keep the levels up.  You shouldnt have to adjust the chlorine levels much at all.  Once you get them set, they shouldnt have to be changed.  In other words, you shouldnt be changing your chlorine setting every day.  Once you get your chlorinator to give you enough chlorine for the recognized acceptible levels your board of health or equivalent requires, you shouldnt have to change it.

you just have to make sure you keep enough chlorine into the chlorinator to maintain the chlorine.  I know some large hotels use a liquid chlorine feeding system.
