What is the time differnce between Alberta, and Mayan Riviera?

I live in alberta and am heading for the mayan riviera durring summer. i get really bad jet lag, though i think there wont be much of a time change becuase we are going south. Does anyone know the time change though?

There is one hour difference. Central time for Cancun & the Mayan Riviera, Mountain time for Alberta.
