The song is from Season 8, The One where Rachel Has A Baby. The song is only heard during the end of the episode. It starts when Joey discovers Ross's ring and it fades away when the credits come up. Its a male singer with a country tune, easy going melody, but I couldn't make out the lyrics. Thanks in advance!!

I'm pretty sure it's this one but has been a while since I saw it.
