  1. It hits redline at 155mph

I once sat down with a caculator and a dyno chart and figured under ideal gearing it could go 167mph

I once got mine to 151 and pussied out, at that speed i had difficulty taking my eyes off the road to even look at my speedo.  I think 130 is fast enough

If your contemplating buying one, the bike kicks major ***, In first gear, it puts about 1400 lbs of force at the base of the tire, the bike weighs about 750lbs with a rider and it can do 70mph in first gear, just think about that.  You sit straight up like your riding a scooter, but yet you put almost all the other sportbikes to shame, particularly on the get go from 0-100mph  (has been done in 5.7 seconds) where they are all trying and usually failing to successfully slip their clutches for maximum power, your torquemonster launches perfect everytime with ease, and doesnt flip wheelies accidentally too often because it is so heavy. and quite honestly, yeah ll the other sport bikes have faster top speeds, but lets face the reality that you probibly wont surpass 140mph if your actually racing somebody, so since youll probibly get to that speed faster, youll always win.

And then its got abs, and all its other goodies, I <3 my fjr and i get a hard on everytime i sit on it

  2. Way faster than I want to ride.
