What is the top speed on a stock integra 94'?

I plan on buying my first car soon and I want a 02' WRX but it'll take me longer to save so I might decide to just get a integra instead because im 17 on 18 just graduated and I need a car asap so I can get out and do fun things and meet people. I wanted to know if integras are quick because im young and I like to do things at a fast pace so any slow cars were not made for me. Can someone who has experience with either one or both of these cars tell if I just wait and save my money for the WRX or just get the integra based on their performance and reliablity.

140 Miles per hour. They are very fast. And they have many advantages over the Rex, like fuel economy, cornering ability, and reving. I would buy that, the WRX is a cop magnet and will just be so expensive to maintain / run.
