What is the total amount i have to pay my wife?

I'm going through divorce and I live in Alberta, Canada. I have three children i want half time. My wife's income is $0. Mine is $144000 (before taxes. What will I pay my Wife and what will I keep.

   i would give her nothing.if you do.be sure it is spent on the children.you did not give the reason for the divorce.most wives cheat when they earn nothing.and there husbands earn that kind of money.you will also have to get used to supporting her boy friend.a heard the story a thousand times.at least.

she will get half and them some and you will get the every other weekend. don,t worry be happy its the way the world unless you can prove her unfit to take care of your kids are have her put away so to speak.

I live in Quebec and here the law is what is yours, stays yours with the exception of the family home, and car. You guys need to split that (one takes the car, one takes the house). In terms of child support, its based on your salary vs. living expenses. My ex pays me $226 a month for my son. He also doesnt make as much as you do - so you may be looking at about $1,200 for the 3 kids, maybe more. Your lawyer will be able to give you more info on that. Hope this helps.

Get a good lawyer and you can have her living on the streets. I've seen this many times. Go talk to the right people and find the right attorney. I am very serious. I know a guy that was worth millions yet walked away giving his wife seventy-five thousand dollars. It's all in who the attorney knows and how good he is.
