  1. Mars ranges from 36-250 million miles.

    Inhabitable? As in move in tomorrow?

    No.

    Inhabitable as can be made into a livable planet ( a process called terra-forming, by the way)?

  2. no known inhabitable planets observed as of yet. But there is an ice moon around jupiter which is theorized to be extremely similar to earth under that ice. In a few billion year when out sun starts to expand and heat up, earth will become uninhabitable and the ice on this moon would melt and it might be possible to colonize.

  3. As of this date no known habitable planet has been observed.
