i dont know about reservation or type or daily ticket.or accomodation.for the long journey what is the cheaper way.and how.and how much time will be needed.could b available on journey date?any1 plz tell me all the details.plz

    The charges are normally    

    sleeper charges Rs 517/person,

    Rs 1399  (ThirdA/c-3A),

    Rs1918 Fo r 2nd A/C

    plus if u book through internet extra 40 rs  and tatkal charges will be 150per head for sleeper and 300 rs for upper classes

    These details u get from booking office or on the net booking services.

    I would recomend 2102 janeswer exp because the superfast type.

  6. Indian Railways tickets can be booked from  Internet (www.irctc.co.in) or can be booked from the railway station's reservation counters. Counters operate from 8am to 23:00 hours. You can book tickets upto 90 days in advance. To know availability/fare/train route you can visit indianrail.gov.in and specify your source and destination.

    Cheapest fare for booked tickets is on Sleeper class and the average fare between howrah to mumbai would be around 550 rupees.
