Not sure what it is called, but it is used in bull fighting when the bulls are being released.  That's why the crowd do the Ole at the end.

Dont have the answer but sounds right what the dude said about bullfight, i am keen to find out a site to download it as a ring tune ,so it annoys all the soccer pundits at work .Best game in the world and hopefully saturday is close and exciting and rugby is the winner on the pitch and off .
