What is the type of boat or cruise that takes you somewhere and drops you off then comes back a few days later

I've been on 26 cruises and never have heard about a cruise like that.  You could get a cruise that stops in a port and then stays there for a couple of days but it wouldn't take you there, leave, and then come back.  I doubt that there are cruises like the ones that you are looking for, but if you call a travel agent they may be able to help you out.  If you have any further questions feel free to send me a message.

All I've ever heard or read about are repositioning cruises that will take you to one destination and drop you off, but I've never heard about them picking you back up, however, maybe you could get a repositioning cruise coming and going...Good luck !!
