  1. conditioning


  2. lots of running for endurance

    lunges

    jumping (even if you are a DS/Libero you have to learn to jump for a back row set)

    wall sits are great for building up your legs

    lifting weights are good for upper body just make sure you have someone that knows what they're doing watching you so you dont hurt your back

  3. Plyometrics like mad. Leg strengthing, lunges, and lots of free weights.

    VB isn't the brownie scouts.
