Go to jail until someone bails you out, then have a court hearing, and most likely get community service. BUT, usually if a cop catches you at a party, he will just call your parents. it's really not too strict.

Zero tolerance. That means if you are uder 21 and have a blood alcochol level greater than ZERO - you go to jail.
