There is a hamburger joint out here in Wyoming/Colorado that is called Sanford's.  They will kill you with one bite if you already have probs!!  They need to include disclaimers with their menu for those with pre-existing heart probs!

There is a place called Fat Val's in Oakland California that serves a burger fried in mayonaise and lard. THey spray a half can of cheezwiz all over it and pour salt and bbq sauce on top.

i don"t know , but your local burger joint ,good grease burger where the wrapper is loaded with grease .with fresh fries strait out of fryer no draining. yummie!!!!!!!!!!. just not too often
