    the work that is continue from some time & still is in continuity is present perfect continuous.....

    the work is found to be done by a time period in past & still continue & future..........

    same about past...................

Whereas the past perfect continuous tense is used to talk about or express actions that started in the past , continued for a period of time in the past and may or may not have already ended. Examples:1. I have been seeing a shrink. (I started seeing one in June and I am still seeing him or her) 2. I had been seeing a shrink for six months when I decided to start college. ( I started seeing the shrink in the past and saw him or her for 6 months, then I started college)
