What is the value of a bottle of 1982 Perrier Jouet Fleur de Champagne 3L? Where can I sell it?

I have this beautiful hand painted bottle that has been resting on its side in the original wooden box for years. I can't find any info on the 1982 vintage anywhere. I saw other 3L bottles listed on restaurant menus for $600-800. I'd like to know everything I can before moving forward to sell it.

I have only seen 1985- go for $900.
