Best I can do here for now.Sorry but there is no Susan B. Anthony coin from 1892. Women had little rights back then and were not found on medals or tokens unless they were a rendition of Liberty. The SBA dollars were silver colored but made of copper/nickel and were issued from 1979-1981 with some being struck in 1999 as well. You may have a bronze medal of some kind. I would need more info like what is exactly on both sides.
