What is the value of a late 1960's dorsett ski boat

Question

please list estimated values for good and poor condition. Just curious as my father has one in poor condition (engine, apolstry, faded paint) and he's not sure what to do... I told him to just unload the thing as a project boat I believe this boat could be a great project boat for some one who has the time and money. I was looking at some other values for other boats and it might be worth the time to restore it its in bad but salvagable condition

If it's not in running condition, it has no value.   Sorry!  P.S. Donate it to charity and take a small deduction.

Dorsetts are not very sought after from a collectors viewpoint.  However, there are some people who have restored them.  Attached is a site that has 4 or 5 Belmonts listed.   I would suggest that you scroll to the bottom and register.  Then look at the Belmonts and  contact their owners to get an idea of the restored value.   My guess is that your father's boat is worth about $200 to $300 at most in the condition that you described.  Good luck!
