  1. The value of diversity in the workplace is STRENGTH. A meal with only one ingredient does not contain all the necessary nutrients. A metal with only one type metal is not as strong as an alloy. Dogs and cats that only mate with their own breed are susceptible to multiple genetic defects.

    And a society which only values ONE type of person is weak.

    And it IS "mandated legally" in the form of it's illegal to discriminate in hiring practices.


  2. aboslutly not.  The reason why raceism still exists is becase stuped laws such as affermative action.  I think if your qualified then you get the job, there is no reason why you should hire someone who wont do as good of a job just because you need to have a  quota.  

  3. There is no value to "diversity". It is nothing more than political groups blackmailing companies into giving preference to their supporters. Qualified people will always be in demand without "diversity" programs.
