What is the value of military/aafes pogs?

I am overseas and the rumor is that certain pogs are worth a lot of money. I have tried to find out about these, like the Elvis pog being worth 5,000 but I can't find out anything. Does anyone know about these things?

I was rather shocked to find that these pogs are actually listed in this year's Standard Catalog of World Paper Money (13th Edition, 2008), in the same area as Military Payment Certificates of old. I personally don't think they belong in there. However, to answer your question: The Elvis Presley pogs are listed as P-M279 (5 cents), P-283 through 285 (10 cents). There is a note that the Elvis pogs were "limited to 50,000 of each design". They catalog for $3.00 each, which is quite a bit more than any other type.
