What is the value of this rare penny?

I have a 2006 penny that has no reed nor copper plating. It is the same diameter and width as a normal penny would be, but I havent weighed it. If this is a genuine penny that has a mint error, what would its value be?

Cents do not have reeded edges. The 2006 cent is copper plated zinc.and weighs 2.5 grams. Are you saying it has a silver color? The plating on one side or the other can be absent but also coins can be plated and if done right the copper coating can be taken off. You have an item that has to be seen by a dealer or knowledgeable coin collector. All you will get here is a guess. Weigh it and see what the weight is, if more the coin was plated if less a coating maybe missing but it needs to be authenticated.
