What is the very best Payment gateway to use for online store?

hi, can you please tell me what most ecommerce stores are using? I was thinking about paypal pro but not sure if that looks very preofessional?? thanks

The key nowadays, even to big retailers, is to offer as many payment options for the buyers as possible. Don't think you only have to offer 1.

Check out

Authorize.net http://www.authorize.net/ (the most commonly used payment gateway)

Cybersource http://www.cybersource.com/

Google Checkout

Paypal Payflow Pro https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cm...

We started with Paypal.  We weren't impressed.  Anyway, we use PayJunction now.  Works really well.
