exactly, psp supports only up to 368*208 resolution mp4 videos

if the videos u want to add  are mp4 videos,just follow the instruction:connect ur psp to computer using usb cable and open the power supply-->select 'USB Connection' at the main menu screen--> ur computer will detect your psp as a device,open it and create a folder named 'VIDEO' in it if the folder not exist in-->copy the videos to the folder 'VIDEO'-->disconnect your psp and you can enjoy the videos you just added.
