Visceral mass in any animal means the soft organs lying in thorax & abdomen ----accordingly called as thorax viscera & abdominal viscera.

In mollusks, the visceral mass consists of digestive, circulatory, excretory, reproductive & other organs. Each organ or organ system performs its specific function.
