  2. IF YOU PURCHASED IT BRAND NEW WITH TMOBILE IT HAS A 1 YR WARRANTY AND FOR THAT YOU NEED TO CONTACT THEM. BUT THE PHONE CANT HAVE ANY BROKEN PLASTICS, LCD OR ANTENA IF ANY, OR ANY WATER DAMAGE, OR LOST AND STOLEN.  IF IT DOES FALL UNDER WARRANTY THEY WILL GO AHEAD A REPLACE IT AT NO CHARGE ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IT PAY SHIPPING.  IT WILL BE 9.95 FOR 7 DAY SHIPPING AND 15.00 FOR 3 DAY SHIPPING PLUS TAX.

  3. Most HTC products have a  1 year limited warranty.
