  1. I coudn't tell you accurately, but November is summer in Brazil, and Rio de Janeiro is anyway always warm. November is a very hot month in Rio and the water is not a problem as well, I mean it is never too cold, unless you travel to Buzios or Cabo frio (which are also in the state of Rio de Janeiro). There the water might be colder, but in the heat of November, it can be even nice to cool you down.

  2. from jan to dec, the water is cold and never is warm because rio is a southern state, almost south (colder).

So if you wanna try real warm waters and warm winds go to Bahia, specially Trancoso, Porto Seguro or Arraial dájuda

    in south of Bahia.

Forget about Rio (civil war, "dengue"epidemic,corruption,muggers,stra... bullets, etc)

  3. On average, the temperature in the Brazil Current is about 18°C-28°C

  4. The Rio de Janeiro Beach Temperature is so cold. (+-20°C)

    But the weather is hot/warm!
