  1. A Ph.D. requires a graduate degree within ones field of study. It is important to know that Ph.D. students in Denmark are filling a research position, normally with a teaching obligation included.

You come up with your own research project or or the University/Business School defines one. In some instances a company with commercial interest in the subject will sponsor the position. Since only a number of Ph.D. positions are advertised every year at every institution you need to have excellent academic skills to be picked for one. But once your appliction is accepted you get paid quite well for  researching.

At the end of the 2-2½ years programme you hand in a paper which will normally be publicized.

Organizational psychology can normally be found at business schools. (Highest academic levels are found at Copenhagen Business School (www.cbs.dk) and Århus School of Business (www.asb.dk).

    Good luck

  2. Ph.D as in Pizza Hut Delivery ?

  3. Contact one of the universities in Denmark that offers Organisational Psychology. Be prepared that education in Denmark is not free for people from non-EU countries.
