im doin a paper for my global class that asks what is the weakest aspect of the legal system

this paper deals with court and the law

That although people have a right to an attourney, they can be prosecuted even if they're innocent because they're attourney is not good enough

The weakest aspect of most legal systems is their enforcement.  Most countries have all the laws they need.  However, in some there is no enforcement at all, in others it is only enforced against the government's political enemies, in others it is not enforced against friends, etc. etc.  You can see this in action in most, if not all, third world countries and a lack of the rule of law is fundamental to the fact that they are third world countries.

If you have control of the enforcement mechanism, be damned to the laws and the rest of the system!
