The climate in Uruguay is temperate, but it has cold winters.  It receives the periodic influence of the polar air in winter.

The coolest month is July, while the warmest is January. The rainfall is equally distributed throughout the year, but tends to be a bit more frequent in the autumn months (April, May, June). Snow is not common.

Hi, my friend. Someone from Montevideo-Uruguay here.

We have entered winter yesterday. It´s so cold here I wish to be in the Bahamas or Cominican Republic.

So here, lucky0, it´s very cold and humide this days.

Nasty climate to be in.

Come aorund in summer and have great fun in our wonderful beaches. Go to Punta del Este and have great fun. Also to "La Paloma" in Rocha, great place, great beaches.
