Several years ago I took a 17 day circle Hawaii cruise.  We left on Dec. 9th.  We had wonderful weather.  I don't know if it is always like that.  Google the National Weather Service.  Last year we sailed to Acapulco in Dec.  We had great weather, but the farther south we went, the hotter it got.  It was really HOT in Acapulco.  If you are worried about sea sickness, don't.  They make so many excellent products now that prevent it.  My friend uses Bonine (not sure of spelling).  We have been on 7 cruises together and she has never been sick!  She is prone to motion sickness.  One thing about the cruise ships today, they are so big and have these great stabilizers, you hardly even feel the movement of the ship even when the sea is a little rough.

Well, the Pacific Ocean is pretty big. If you're talking about a Mexican cruise, the weather will be great. My sister went last year over Xmas/New Years.

If you're talking the South Pacific, that will be their rainy season.

If you're talking Central America, will be good

South America should be good too
