What is the weather like in Germany(Dusseldorf, Osnabruck, Berlin) in March?

We are traveling to Germany in march '08 and I was wondering what the weather would be like?!

-we are going to go to Dusseldorf, Osnabruck, Venne, Bremen, Berlin....

what type of clothes should I pack?
