I'm interested in going to Italy in late December. What is the weather like? Also, can you recommend a cruise line? I'm hoping to go with my 2 cousins. We're all female...ages 24, 21, and 18.

  2. Well, in December it´s not that cold but not that warm also. Something like what USA has in the Autumn..  So it sure is bearable. But of course if you are not that keen of heat, then i´ll recommend it warmly! :)

  3. I am italian , and   I live in tuscany.   last winter dicember was not too cold. I think you'll be right . do not forget to visit Florence!

    Ciao

  4. Last December was hot, almost no need to keep the heating on (just from evening); and I live in the north...

Of course next December can be different, you should check closer to that date.

  5. It depends on the place you're planning to go to. I think your question is much too general. I'm Italian and I live here, so, I think it would be better if you could specify at least the region you intend to visit. Then, maybe I'll be able to give you infos.   ;)

  6. In decemeber Italy is a little bit cold, i'm italian and i lived here, sometimes i go to yahoo answer australia, i can tell you that in december the weather is cold because here is not summer, but it's not unsufferable you can do a cruise

  7. Italy (central and north -the regions you are interested in visiting) are usually pretty cold in the winter.  Obviously the north is colder than the central region.

Last winter we harldy had any cold, but this was not the norm.  Just dress warmly and you will be fine.
